01The service
FocusSoundLab builds and plays focus and sleep sound sessions from binaural and noise layers. Optionally, a photo or voice note about your day lets AI suggest a duration and cues.
02Health notice
Sessions support relaxation and focus; they are not a medical device or treatment. Stop if you feel discomfort, or if you have epilepsy or a hearing condition. Do not use while driving. Keep the volume moderate.
03AI suggestions
AI plans and cue text may be inaccurate and are for reference only. AI runs only after you consent in Settings.
04Your conduct
Do not input photos or recordings containing other people’s personal data without permission, reverse-engineer the app, or use it unlawfully.
05Content
Your session records and posters belong to you. The app’s design, sound engine and code belong to the developer.
06Purchases
There are no in-app purchases today. Any paid feature will follow App Store rules and separate notice.
07Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruption of free features or loss of on-device data absent intent or gross negligence.
08Governing law
Laws of the Republic of Korea. Apple is not a party to these terms.
